Since establishment, our company has implemented the concept of building an enterprise based on technology; By investing 20% ??of its revenue in technology research and development every year, our technology center has continued to grow and develop with the strong support of our company. There are currently 4 professor-level senior mechanical engineers and 9 senior engineers, 16 mechanical engineers with intermediate professional titles, 5 of them have a master's degree or above, and 24 have a college degree or above. Our company has implemented an OA office automation management system, which greatly reduces the administrative work of the technology center, allows technology research and development personnel to devote themselves wholeheartedly to product research and development. Now, each staff of technology center is equipped with a computer system and independent bionic simulation platform. Under our company's business philosophy of "developing with science and technology and surviving with quality", all staffs enjoy a superior office environment and relaxed corporate culture atmosphere in our company. Through unremitting efforts, the staff of the technical center have successively developed a number of products such as electric stirring rollers, deburring machines, manipulators and quick-change spouts, and some of the related products have obtained national patents, thus they have made great contributions to the development of our company.
Although our technology center has achieved good results in recent years; Facing the increasingly competitive social environment, it still needs to continuously strengthen its own capabilities. In order to increase the strategic talent reserve of the technology center, our company plans to recruit outstanding talents from major universities across the country every year to strengthen the R&D team and independent innovation capabilities. At the same time, our technology center is prepared to cooperate with scientific research units in various universities to jointly develop new products and projects and make its own contribution to China's infrastructure industry.
